Shipping and Returns


Wondering how your purchases will get from our warehouse to you? We’ve got a simple and seamless process in place:

Delivery fees

FREE DELIVERY for orders OVER R2500 (incl. VAT) within South Africa.

For orders UNDER R2500 (incl. VAT):

  • Gauteng – A flat rate of R100 per delivery
  • National – A flat rate of R250 per delivery

King Brands wants to ensure you receive your orders as quickly as possible. Please note that there are a few logistical factors to consider in the delivery of (often bulky) orders. Please allow 3 to 7 business days from receipt of payment for delivery to take place.

FREE COLLECTION is available for customers in Gauteng, from our premises in Lanseria.

Collection is from:

  • 41 Riverside Road,
    Sunrella AH, Lanseria,

Collection times:

  • Monday – Friday 8h00 – 16h30

How do we calculate delivery fees?

Your delivery fee is calculated during checkout and is based on shipping address. Collection is not available for customers outside of Gauteng.

Delivery process

King Brands is based in Gauteng and our products are shipped from our warehouse in Lanseria. We aim to deliver your purchases to you as soon as possible. We have carefully selected external courier companies to ensure your products are delivered quickly and in good condition.

Once your order is placed, we source the stock, package your purchase and log the parcel(s) with one of our external courier partners. The courier will then deliver your purchase to the address you supplied when placing your order. Remember to add any additional instructions to your order when checking out, e.g. specific delivery times.

We aim to ensure all orders are shipped as quickly as possible. Please contact us if you have any further questions about our shipping process.

Packaging and parcels

If your order exceeds a single-parcel weight restriction, we’ll split your order into multiple parcels. All parcels will be delivered at the same time, but please always check that you’ve received your complete order.


What happens if my purchase is not what I ordered or damaged upon delivery or something else went wrong?

Whilst we take care to check and package all purchases carefully, mistakes can happen. We also use external couriers, so we unfortunately cannot always guarantee that your order will be delivered to you in the same condition as when it left our warehouse. In the unlikely event that this happens, please follow these steps:

  • Make a note of the incorrect or damaged items when signing the delivery waybill.
  • Send an email to to inform us of the incorrect or damaged products.
  • We will arrange to collect the incorrect/damaged items from you.
  • We will replace the incorrect/damaged items for you at no extra cost.
  • Do not use the incorrect/damaged items if they’re being returned, as we cannot replace used items.
